What is Staging?
Staging isn't decorating. It's a strategic presentation of a property designed to help buyers see its potential.
Whether it's a family home, an ex-rental with dated pieces, or an apartment that's completely empty, I bring in the furniture and styling pieces needed to finish each room, from soft furnishings and artwork to lighting and, where needed, full furniture. For occupied properties I work with what's already there and edit and rearrange it alongside what I bring in, so every room feels considered and shows well in person and in photos.
The result is a property that looks its best and attracts more interest, without a full refurbishment.
What happens after you get in touch?
1. Get in touch
Tell me a little about your property, your timeline, and what you're hoping to achieve.
2. Property Assessment
I visit your property or review photos and identify the changes that will have the greatest impact. This usually happens within a few days of getting in touch.
3. Sourcing
I source and prepare everything your property needs. This typically takes one to two weeks, depending on availability.
4. Staging Visits
Staging usually takes place over two visits, working with what's there and bringing in additional pieces to make considered changes to layout, styling and presentation.
5. Go to market
Your property is ready to photograph, list and show at its very best.
