This Belfry apartment had great bones, but as it was a lived-in home, the aim was to bring out its full potential without starting from scratch. I kept some of the existing furniture and built around it with carefully considered layers and complementary pieces, so nothing overwhelmed the space. Every item was chosen with care to create an inviting, sophisticated home that appeals to a wide range of buyers.
