Absolutely. Staging is an investment in how your property is presented and perceived by potential buyers.
A well presented home creates a stronger first impression, photographs beautifully and helps buyers see the potential of the space, ultimately helping your property stand out in a competitive market.

Yes. That’s exactly what Occupied Staging is for. Many of my clients are living in their homes while preparing to sell.
I work with what you already have, making thoughtful changes to furniture and layout while adding soft furnishings and styling to create a polished, inviting space that is ready for viewings and photography.

A general declutter and clean beforehand makes the biggest difference, clear surfaces, put away personal items, and tidy any storage areas. I'll let you know if anything specific is needed for your property during the assessment.
-
Pricing depends on the size of the property and how much staging it needs, so I put together a quote after the assessment rather than working from a flat rate. As a guide, occupied staging starts from around €1,000, with vacant staging typically higher, since it involves furnishing a property from scratch.

From booking to being market-ready is typically one to two weeks, depending on availability. That covers sourcing what's needed, followed by two staging visits to bring everything together.

Staging items stay in place for 8 weeks in an apartment and 12 weeks in a house, which is generally how long it takes a property to go sale agreed. This gives your property the best chance of being seen at its best for as long as it's actively on the market.

If your property is still on the market after 8/12 weeks, I offer the option to extend, charged monthly depending on how much longer you need. Just get in touch and we'll work out what suits your situation.
