For properties with no furniture, I bring everything. This includes full furniture and decor rental, complete styling, delivery, and installation. I'm on site for the duration of the stage myself, usually across two visits, so every room is finished to the same standard throughout the property.

Everything stays in place for 12 weeks, giving the property time to attract offers and go sale agreed. Once it sells, I return to remove everything.
